GUEST POST SUBMISSION
We at Black Women United Inc., are accepting guest writing submissions. If you are interested in contributing one time or on occasion, then this message is for you. We accept original content only. Once an article is submitted, we retain first publication rights and the right to reuse or modify content. As a guest contributor, content submissions are unpaid.
We will accept your ‘one time’ or ‘occasional’ post in the following format:
- Between 400 – 900 words
- Evergreen is welcomed, (content that is continually relevant and stays “fresh” for readers over a long period of time - as the name implies).
- Creative, timely, and relevant
- Subject matter, narrative-like, news or opinion
- Correct documents in spelling and grammar
- 2-4 Key words included
- Evident of sources (ie., quotations, references, links)

Please Note The Following:
- Every submission must include an author bio and headshot image at the end of the article so we can fully attribute to them
- Embedded links are not allowed in guest post.
- The author bio may include one link which should point to the author’s website. We will click on that link to ensure it is author’s own link.
- Due to the sheer number of emails that we get, we will only notify you if your submission meets our requirement and we decide to accept your article. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your article to appear on the site.
- We reserve the right to reject any material, for any reason.
